   Mister President,

           We are pleased to announce that the 45th International Folk Festival "Căluşul Românesc" 2014 will be held in Caracal, România from 12th to 15th June 2014.

           It is our great honor to invite you, to take part in the festival as specialist. The Festival is committed to encouraging the promotion of folk dance heritage value UNESCO, music, song, culture, stimulating international cultural exchange and establishing a viable forum for promising folk artists to demonstrate their talent. During the festival there is a scientific symposium with the theme "Intangible heritage values, and to safeguard them!".

 The festival will present the most representative bands of caluş from the country, folk ensembles in the country and abroad.
