Dear festival director
Greetings!
Now, that we have our IOV website, we would like to add information about IOV festivals
taking place around the world.
As you see, we replaced the printed IOV Calendar with new technology using more visual
materials and using the website to provide more information about your festival.
Your contribution is very important and I see each one of you as a partner in this big success.
Together, we will establish new communications among us and we will assist our festival
members to contact each other, to promote their activities and create new projects.
Please provide your festivals' and groups' information including visual materials i.e. photos,
links, URL.
Being part of the IOV website will make it easier for you to reach groups with information
about your festival.
The IOV Online Festival Directory™ will be promoted worldwide as a resource material
accessible to IOV members. You will login using your IOV membership number.
Our goals with the IOV Online Festival Directory™ are:

•  To create an active, user-friendly way for you to reach many more groups with

information about your festival.

•  To assist groups secure information about your festival.

•  To provide festivals with information about IOV member groups to help you decide if

you want to invite the group to your festival.

•  Interested groups can contact you directly from the web site
•  You can contact groups you are interest in directly from the web site
•  You can update or correct information about your festival, such as changes in your

schedule, any time at your convenience. You will not have to wait for the calendar of the
following year to be printed and mail.

•  This service will be available at no extra cost to you as an IOV member.

We believe that when groups and festivals have complete and accurate information about
each other, there will be better cooperation and coordination.
Better information means relations that are more congenial!
In order for the IOV Online Festival Directory™ to be ready for use in 2015, we need your
cooperation now, so please fill the application form and send it as soon as you can to Rina

Be sure to supply many visual materials: your photo, festival photos and links to videos,
your website, maps, application forms, and descriptions of your area.
Remember to send in your visual materials!
